To ensure that we can continue providing high-quality care for your pets, we kindly ask that all payments be made at the conclusion of your appointment or at your pets discharge. 1. Payment Due at Conclusion of Appointment or when your Pet is Discharged
All payments for services rendered are required to be made at the conclusion of your pet’s appointment or at discharge. This ensures that we can continue providing the best care and service to all of our patients without delay. We understand that unexpected costs may arise, so we’ve partnered with several payment providers to give you flexible payment options.
2. Deposit Requirements for Surgeries
For most surgical procedures, we require a deposit at the time of booking to confirm your pet’s surgery appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated to you in advance and is applied toward the total cost of the procedure. The balance is generally due at the time of your pet’s discharge (unless we inform you otherwise).
3. Prepayment for New Clients
As part of our policy, we kindly request that new clients prepay for their first appointment. This helps streamline the appointment process and ensures that we can provide the best care for your pet right from the start. Prepayment will be deducted from your bill at the time of the appointment.
4. Payment Methods Accepted
We offer a range of payment options for your convenience:

Credit & Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard. Please note that we do not accept American Express.

Cash: For those who prefer to pay in cash, we are happy to accept cash payments at the clinic.
5. VetPay
