Emelda graduated from the University of Bristol and began her career working in a large 24-hour hospital and its busy branch practice throughout Bristol. It was here that she discovered her passion for emergency and critical care, as well as a strong interest in surgery. She enjoys the fast pace of emergency and general practice work, the problem-solving required in complex medical cases and the hands-on nature of surgical practice.With a love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle, Emelda found Melbourne to be the perfect place to settle. When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her exploring new hiking trails, staying active, or making the most of the sunshine.
